Return & Replacement Policy

The website (www.gritfitnutri.com) is written and published by (“Gritfit“/ “we”/ “us”/ “our”, which also includes its affiliates). Gritfit‘ cancellation and refund policy with regard to anything purchased from our website is governed by the provisions of this agreement.

The Company's Cancellation and Refund Policy

We occasionally may have to deny or cancel an order, so kindly be aware of this possibility. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, at our sole discretion, without being held responsible for any finance costs or interest on the amount. Your order might be cancelled in a variety of circumstances, such as inaccurate or incomplete pricing information, technological or technical issues, or issues related to credit/debit fraud.

Refunds and Cancellations by The Customer

Any item that has been delivered to the customer in perfect condition and without any damages or faults will not be eligible for a return.

Only when a product has been incorrectly delivered or has a real quality or manufacturing issue that is notified to us via email at (info@gritfitnutri.com) within 48 hours of delivery will returns be accepted. If such a flaw is proven, we are willing to offer a complete refund or to fulfil your purchase again in exchange for the return of the product. Within 48 working hours, our customer care staff will investigate the problem and respond. If applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the date that the returned items were received.

Customer cancellation of an order is only permitted up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. You cannot cancel a specific portion of your order. To make the transaction simpler, we advise you to cancel the entire order and repurchase the necessary quantity. If you decide to cancel your order before your goods ship, we will return your complete payment, less any applicable charges. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped but before you receive the item, you will be responsible for paying the two-way shipping fees. A cancellation fee/bank transaction fee of up to 3% of your total order value is applied to all cancellations. Within 14 working days of the date of cancellation, all refunds will be handled from our side.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, our shipping agency makes two unsuccessful delivery attempts, and/or the recipient refuses to accept the goods, no refunds will be offered.
